I'd have to say that the question I am asked most often is "What does Rupnick.com do?" My usual answer is something along the lines of "Not a whole lot." This site was originally created in 1999 when I started to teach myself HTML. (For those of you who are not familiar, HTML, or hypertext markup language, is the language used to create basic Web pages. Every site that you visit uses HTML, usually in combination with other Web design languages.)

I hosted the site from my house and used it as an area to get hands-on experience with the language I was learning. I needed some content to fill the pages that I was creating, and who better to use as Guinnea pigs than your family.
